This means it is not a standard color frame and lens combination on the Divine Eyewear website. We must be notified within 2 business days from signed delivery or conformation of delivery date. Also, any returns must be in its original new condition and in its original packaging (This means sunglass box and pouch). A refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) less the processing fee charges of $12.50 (per each sunglass). If the return meets these (above) conditions, you will receive a refund (as described above).
